"Out of Range" error message when attempting to save or print.
Affected version: 3.0.2 and 3.0.3
Description: The program has an error when attempting to save information. The error message says a value is out of range. However, the value was within range when it was first entered. The same error message may appear when attempting to print.
How to correct: Download an update to Load From A Disk.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT install this update if you are running version 3.0 or lower.
This requires version 3.0.2 or 3.0.3.
To check what version you currently have, open Load From A Disk and select HELP -> ABOUT.To download the update click here.
